The stage-top environmental system enables to measure samples up to 40 mm diameter within a temperature range from -196°C up to 350°C (depending on the model selected) and at a vacuum down to 1 μbar.
Ultra low temperature experiments can be carried out with virtually no gas, no humidity, or air contamination of the sample.
It is possible to first pull a vacuum and then bleed in the desired gas.
This system is compatible with all our manual and motorized stages.
The V400 environmental structure enables to measure samples up to 100×100 mm within a temperature range from -20°C up to 120°C at a vacuum of 1 mbar.
Low temperature experiments can be carried out with virtually no gas or air contamination of the sample.
It is possible to first pull a vacuum and then bleed in the desired gas.
A 100 x 100x 38mm motorized stage is included inside of the vacuum chamber.
The upper flange has a large diameter of 250 mm and can be easily removed. Dismounting it enables to use the DHM® instrument normally when vacuum is not required.
