Separate morphology and refractive index measurements

The DHM technology and a patented decoupling procedure provide without contrast agent, invasiveness or phototoxicity the real-time visualization (up to 10'000 fps) of the morphology and the refractive index (related to protein concentration) of biological living cells. The quantitative measurements of these cells characteristics makes the DHM T1000 an ideal tool for dynamic analysis of cell health status, biological effects due to natural or artificial stimulations (drugs, electrical, thermal) such as cellular swelling or modification of intracellular protein concentration.
